Hot Stone/Deep Tissue Massage:
I have thoroughly enjoyed back massage from Sarah for the past 3 years. Having had back surgery I need constant massage and Sarah uses hot stone massage which really helps my muscles relax and respond to treatment.
The heat and massage combined relaxes my body and also my mind, a definite stress reliever.
During the past year Sarah has been especially careful to look after all her clients and I have felt very safe in her hands.

Foot massage with shoulder massage is a real treat. Sarah really relaxes me with a full foot massage using gorgeous botanical treatments, followed by a wonderful shoulder massage. Whichever treatment you choose, she talks through the whole process and will gladly give advice on any aspect of health and wellbeing.
